Do you ship Internationally?
A. Yes, we ship internationally. Please allow 7-14 for order processing and shipping. You are responsible for paying for all duties and taxes at the time of delivery.
How can I track my order?
A. You can go to the TRACK ORDERS tab on the website and enter your order number and email to get your tracking information.
Can I return my order?
A. Yes, orders can be inquired for a return within 7 days of the delivery date for store credit only. UNDERWEAR or UNDERGARMENTS CAN'T BE RETURNED.
All returned items must be returned in NEW UNWORN condition in order to receive store credit only. It is at our discretion to give store credit.
Can I exchange my item?
A. Sorry, no Exchanges only Store Credit. You will have to return your original item and place a new order to receive a new item.Only accepted items will receive store credit. UNDERWEAR or UNDERGARMENTS CAN'T BE RETURNED.
Any unapproved exchanges will not be accepted and the item(s) will be sent back at your expense.
